We have 3 types:
- [平] Balanced – Gentle and suitable for daily drinking. Great for immunity and general wellness. Know more here
- [补] Warming – Recommended 2–3 times a week. Supports blood and energy, but may feel a bit “heaty” if taken too often. Avoid during menstruation. Know more here
- [寒] Cooling – Also best 2–3 times weekly. Helps with detox and cooling, but too much might make your body feel cold. Know more here
